About the Role
We are looking for a Creative Lead to drive the day-to-day brand and creative agenda of the organisation. Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and other stakeholders, the role will translate business objectives into effective creative plans and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
The role combines brand planning, stakeholder management, creative team leadership and hands-on execution. The Creative Lead will own the brand calendar, manage creative priorities and resources, and ensure consistent brand communication aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy, Planning & Stakeholder Management
  • Own and manage the annual brand and content calendar in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Product and other stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into clear creative briefs, communication plans and execution priorities across campaigns, product launches, events, digital initiatives, presentations and corporate communications.
  • Act as the primary creative point of contact for internal stakeholders, aligning requirements, expectations, timelines and deliverables.
  • Manage creative workflows and competing priorities across projects, balancing business needs, available resources and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams, agencies and external partners to ensure smooth execution from brief to final delivery.
  • Anticipate upcoming creative requirements, identify resource or capability gaps, and proactively address dependencies and delivery risks.
  • Strengthen brand consistency across communication channels and business functions through clear standards and effective stakeholder alignment.
2. Creative Team Leadership
  • Lead the day-to-day functioning of the creative team, including work allocation, prioritisation, capacity planning and delivery.
  • Assign projects based on business priorities, complexity, team capabilities and available resources.
  • Guide team members through constructive feedback and creative reviews, strengthening their creative thinking, execution quality and understanding of the brand.
  • Partner with the Head of Design on broader creative direction, design standards and key strategic decisions.
3. Creative Execution & Quality
  • Review and guide creative concepts and final outputs across digital, print, presentations, events and other brand touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, visual assets and creative standards, ensuring consistency in typography, composition, colour, visual hierarchy and communication quality.
  • Support campaigns and product launches from concept to final execution, providing creative direction to designers and external partners.
  • Remain hands-on when required by creating, adapting or modifying basic creative assets, social media posts, presentations and other communication materials.

What We're Looking For
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in brand communication, creative management, creative coordination or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of brand communication, visual design and creative processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies and external partners.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable creative briefs and provide clear creative direction.
  • Strong visual judgement with an understanding of typography, composition, colour and brand consistency.
  • Proficiency with relevant design and creative tools.
  • Formal education in Design, Visual Communication, Creative Arts or a related field is an added advantage.
  • A portfolio showcasing creative projects is mandatory.
