About the Role
We are looking for an Marketing Executive - Content & Lead Management who can bring together two important parts of our marketing engine - responding to inbound prospects and creating content that helps educate, engage, and convert our audience.
You will be the first point of contact for prospects reaching out to Remidio through digital channels, while also owning the creation of blogs, marketing collaterals, campaign communication, and other content that supports our marketing and sales teams.
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable having a conversation with a prospect and writing a compelling piece of content and who enjoys working in a science and healthcare driven environment.
What You Will Own
1. Inside Sales & Lead Management
- Manage inbound enquiries received through website chat, email, and WhatsApp.
- Respond to prospects promptly, understand their requirements, and qualify inbound leads.
- Share qualified and relevant opportunities with the appropriate salesperson, along with the necessary context.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to ensure opportunities are not lost due to lack of follow-up.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover and continuity of the lead journey.
2. Content & Marketing Communication
- Write blogs and articles in line with the content calendar, ensuring they are clear, accurate, engaging, and SEO aware.
- Develop copy for marketing collaterals such as brochures, one-pagers, sell sheets, and event materials.
- Draft WhatsApp campaign communication for doctor outreach that is concise, clinically credible, and action-oriented.
- Write email campaigns for CME invitations, post-event follow-ups, product announcements, and other marketing initiatives.
- Support the marketing team with LinkedIn and Instagram captions and posts.
- Research clinical and healthcare topics and translate complex disease, clinical, and product information into content that is easy for the intended audience to understand.
- Brief the design team on creative requirements and collaborate with them to ensure the final output is aligned with the intended message.
- Review content and creative outputs for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and relevance before publication.
What Success Looks Like
- Inbound enquiries are responded to within 6 hours, with minimal or no lead leakage.
- Leads are properly qualified, followed up, and handed over to sales with the right context.
- CRM records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Blogs, collaterals, and campaigns are delivered as per the agreed content calendar.
- Content is factually accurate, particularly when communicating clinical or product information.
- Sales teams find the content useful and actively use it in customer conversations.
- Campaign communication generates meaningful engagement and responses.
- Marketing and sales teams can rely on you to take ownership of content from research and drafting through to final review.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, marketing communications, inside sales, or a combination of these.
- Experience in healthtech, medtech, healthcare, life sciences, or another science-led environment would be an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal English — you should be able to take a clinical or technical concept and make it clear, engaging, and compelling without oversimplifying it.
- Comfortable communicating with prospects over phone, email, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to research unfamiliar clinical or technical topics and understand them quickly.
- Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and digital communication.
- Comfortable working with AI tools for drafting, research, and content development, while maintaining responsibility for the accuracy and quality of the final output.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to work with sales, marketing, and design teams.
- Curious about science, healthcare, and technology — and genuinely interested in what Remidio is building.
- Most importantly, someone who can think clearly, write well, communicate confidently, and take ownership.
