About the Company
Remidio Innovative Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in a fast-paced environment to lead business processes and implementation of screening programs. This role involves leveraging Remidio technologies, including hardware and AI solutions, to enhance early detection and treatment of eye conditions and systemic diseases. The successful candidate will work closely with donors, clients, government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners. The role will focus on supporting the department head on new partner/client acquisition, business operations, successful operationalization, and monitoring of screening programs. The role will also require strong data analytics and report writing skills.


About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across CMEs, conferences, market research, and data management activities. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare marketing, event coordination, and strategic research.
The intern will work closely with the marketing team to help execute conferences and educational programs, collect and organize market intelligence, and support ongoing business and branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and coordination of CMEs, conferences, workshops, and marketing events
  • Coordinate with vendors, doctors, partners, and internal teams for event execution
  • Maintain event trackers, attendee databases, and follow-up documentation
  • Collect, organize, and analyze market and competitor data
  • Conduct research on industry trends, KOLs, hospitals, clinics, and emerging opportunities
  • Support lead collection and post-event reporting activities
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing documents
  • Help manage marketing inventory, branding materials, and conference logistics
  • Track conference outcomes, engagement metrics, and feedback
  • Support social media and digital amplification related to events when required
  • Use AI tools for research, content assistance, data organization, and productivity enhancement

Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, online research, and AI tools
  • Basic AI fluency and willingness to explore AI-driven workflows and productivity tools
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events
  • Interest in healthcare, medical technology, or B2B marketing is preferred
