Remidio Innovative Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in a fast-paced environment to lead business processes and implementation of screening programs. This role involves leveraging Remidio technologies, including hardware and AI solutions, to enhance early detection and treatment of eye conditions and systemic diseases. The successful candidate will work closely with donors, clients, government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners. The role will focus on supporting the department head on new partner/client acquisition, business operations, successful operationalization and monitoring of screening programs. The role will also require strong data analytics and report writing skills
Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage core HR operational functions with a strong focus on Payroll Management, HRIS Administration, and Employee Experience. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless HR service delivery while fostering a culture of engagement, transparency, and compliance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll & Compliance
• Process monthly payroll accurately in coordination with the finance team
• Validate attendance, leaves, LOPs, and variable payroll inputs
• Generate salary slips, Form 16, and resolve employee tax queries
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
• Handle full & final settlements, bonus payouts, and exit-related financials
• Support audit documentation and compliance reporting
HR Operations
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records across HRMS, spreadsheets, and documentation systems
• Process confirmations, transfers, and HR announcements
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and leave management
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and support a positive workplace culture
HRIS / HRMS Management
• Maintain and manage HRIS/HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA)
• Ensure data accuracy and process efficiency within HR systems
• Coordinate with vendors/IT teams for troubleshooting and enhancements
• Generate HR reports and analytics for business decision-making
Employee Engagement
• Support employee engagement initiatives, events, training programs, surveys, and recognition activities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and employee lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools, preferably KEKA
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labour laws, and statutory compliance
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
