Role: Executive Assistant to the CEO

What you will do

1. CEO Enablement & Leverage
• Own the CEO’s calendar with a strategic lens—prioritizing what truly matters
• Anticipate conflicts, prep time, and context switching risks
• Ensure the CEO is always prepared—briefs, decks, documents, talking points
• Track commitments made by the CEO and ensure disciplined follow-through

2. Strategic & Operational Support
• Act as a thought partner on execution, not just coordination
• Help structure agendas for leadership meetings, reviews, and board interactions
• Capture decisions, action items, and owners—drive closure
• Support cross-functional initiatives that cut across various departments

3. Communication & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a trusted interface between the CEO and internal teams
• Manage communication with board members, investors, clinicians, partners, and government stakeholders
• Draft clear, crisp internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO when required
• Ensure confidentiality, discretion, and professional judgment at all times

4. Rhythm, Cadence & Execution Discipline
• Maintain operating cadence: weekly reviews, monthly metrics, quarterly planning
• Track priorities, OKRs, and key outcomes for the CEO’s office
• Ensure no important thread drops—especially across long, complex initiatives

Who you are

Must-haves
• Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
• High emotional intelligence and executive presence
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to handle ambiguity and operate with minimal instruction
• Absolute integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness
