About the Role:
Remidio Innovative Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in a fast-paced environment to lead business processes and implementation of screening programs. This role involves leveraging Remidio technologies, including hardware and AI solutions, to enhance early detection and treatment of eye conditions and systemic diseases. The successful candidate will work closely with donors, clients, government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners. The role will focus on supporting the department head on new partner/client acquisition, business operations, successful operationalization and monitoring of screening programs. The role will also require strong data analytics and report writing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development and Stakeholder Management
- Advocate for the program and secure necessary resources and support through grant writing, sales and business development initiatives within the company
- Build and maintain relationships with all current and future key partners, including government officials, healthcare providers, org leaders, community leaders and donors/CSRs
- Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings
2. Product Integration
- Collaborate with service and product teams to facilitate the integration of Remidio's technology and AI screening tools into the existing healthcare infrastructure
- Provide technical support and periodic training to healthcare staff on the use of Remidio technology
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the technology and address any issues that arise
3. Training and Capacity Building
- Implement training programs for healthcare providers on technology use and screening protocols
- Ensure continuous capacity building and knowledge transfer to healthcare staff to maintain high standards of screening and care
4. Program Implementation
- Oversee the execution of a comprehensive implementation plan or research study for screening programs
- Coordinate with program officials or government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners to ensure smooth program deployment
- Ensure compliance with latest data privacy and clinical regulations and policies
5. Data Analytics, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Implement the robust monitoring framework to track program progress, outcomes, and impact
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of the screening programs and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders
6. Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure that all screening activities adhere to established quality standards and guidelines
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability in screening results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any health sciences, optometry, healthcare management, biomedical engineering or related field
- Language skills – English (essential), Hindi (optional but preferred), Kannada (optional but preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word (or equivalent platforms)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms an advantage
- Proficiency in scientific writing, data analysis and reporting
- Experience (1-3 years) in program management with implementing healthcare technology solutions, preferably in a healthcare or public health settings is an advantage
- Familiarity with healthcare systems is an added advantage
- Knowledge of other Indian local languages is an advantage
