About the Job: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an Intern. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR and build their skills in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR team with employee relations, performance management, and training initiatives.
• Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with organizing and coordinating HR events and activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Support the digitalization process for HR team with documentation, process management etc.
• Working & updating on the HRMS.
Qualification:
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s / master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• Final-year students or graduates with 0–1 year experience are welcome.
Competency:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office)
• Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance)
• Stipend: ₹18,000 per month
