About the Job: We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support end-to-end hiring. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and conduct basic screening of candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
• Maintain ATS (Keka Hire) and track hiring progress
• Support campus hiring and employer branding initiatives
• Assist in building talent pipelines and recruitment reports
Qualification:
• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
• Final-year students or graduates with 0–1 year experience are welcome.
Competency:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Good networking and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Location: Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Work from Office)
• Duration: 6 Months (with possibility of conversion to a full-time role based on performance)
• Stipend: ₹18,000 per month
