About the Role
Remidio Innovative Solutions is seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Associate to drive new customer acquisition, sales and customer success. This role is critical to ensuring successful sales closure, seamless customer onboarding, ongoing support, and retention while facilitating program implementation and monitoring. You will work closely with customers, healthcare providers, government partners, and internal teams to deliver high-quality screening programs using Remidio's AI-powered diagnostic solutions. The position combines business development, customer onboarding, customer support, training delivery, and program operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Customer Acquisition and Sales Support (50% focus)
• Identify, qualify, and support the closure of new customers; target minimum 1 new customer acquisition per month
• Execute rapid lead follow-up within 3 days of receipt from marketing, conferences, or internal referrals (≥90% compliance)
• Organize and coordinate product demonstrations within 7 days of customer request (≥90% compliance)
• Prepare quotations within 1 working day and process purchase orders and invoicing within 2 working days
• Ensure ≥95% device dispatch and installation adherence to committed timelines
• Maintain 100% CRM and operational database accuracy with complete customer details logged within 2 days of onboarding
2. Customer Support and Relationship Management (20% focus)
• Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests within 2 business days
• Resolve reported issues with ≥90% closure rate within 5 working days
• Execute minimum 1 proactive touchpoint per customer per month to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Manage escalations and maintain positive customer relationships throughout program lifecycle
3. Training and Capacity Building (15% focus)
• Deliver minimum 3 training sessions per month to healthcare providers and partner staff on Remidio technology use and screening protocols
• Achieve ≥90% positive feedback from training participants on knowledge transfer and skill development
• Customize training materials and programs based on audience skill levels and program requirements
4. Project Coordination and Program Operations (15% focus)
• Provide weekly status updates to the team 100% on time with comprehensive progress reporting
• Submit weekly utilization reports using Excel and other analytics platforms
• Maintain <2% error rate in all reports and documentation
• Assist team in program execution, deployment coordination, site readiness, and technology performance monitoring
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliance with data privacy and clinical regulations
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, optometry, health sciences, biomedical engineering, biological sciences, or related field
• Language skills: English (essential); Hindi and/or regional Indian languages (preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho or similar) (preferred)
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, public health programs, or MedTech sector (advantageous)
