About the Job
The Executive - Travel Admin will be responsible for managing all travel-related financial and administrative tasks within the Finance & Accounts department. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage travel expenses and budgets for the Finance & Accounts department.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial reports related to travel expenses and reimbursements.
  • Assist in optimizing travel costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Finance & Accounts department.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes and procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
