About the Job:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the Government Sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the client base within the public sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in government sales and a deep understanding of the procurement processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive government sales growth.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key government clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in government sales.
