About the Job:
Remidio Innovative Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to work in a fast-paced environment to support the business processes and lead the implementation of diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and age-related macular degeneration (AMD) screening programs. This role involves leveraging Remidio technology, including portable fundus cameras and AI solutions, to enhance early detection and treatment of these eye conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with donors, organisations, government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners to ensure the successful rollout and operation of the screening programs. The role will also require strong data analytics and scientific report writing skills.
Business Development and Stakeholder Management
- Advocate for the program and secure necessary resources and support through grant writing and business development initiatives within the company
- Build and maintain relationships with all current and future key partners, including government officials, healthcare providers, org leaders, community leaders and donors/CSRs
- Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through regular reports and meetings
Data Analytics, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Implement the robust monitoring and evaluation framework to track program progress, outcomes, and impact
- Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of the screening programs and identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Technology Integration
- Facilitate the integration of Remidio’s portable technology and AI screening tools into the existing healthcare infrastructure
- Provide technical support and periodic training to healthcare staff on the use of Remidio technology
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the technology and address any issues that arise
Training and Capacity Building
- Implement training programs for healthcare providers on diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and AMD screening protocols
- Ensure continuous capacity building and knowledge transfer to healthcare staff to maintain high standards of screening and care
Program Implementation
- Oversee the execution of a comprehensive implementation plan and research study for diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and AMD screening programs in government health centers
- Coordinate with government health officials, healthcare providers, and technology partners to ensure smooth program deployment
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that all screening activities adhere to established quality standards and guidelines
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability in screening results.
