Role Objective
The HR Ops Lead will be responsible for building a robust, tech-enabled, and compliant HR infrastructure. You will oversee the end-to-end "hire-to-retire" lifecycle for 200+ employees, ensuring that operational workflows are scalable, digitized, and fully aligned with the overall implementation of the New Labour Codes.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Labour Code Leadership: Responsible for the end-to-end implementation of the New Labour Codes, including restructuring CTC components and ensuring organizational readiness.
- Payroll Excellence: Ensure 100% accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including variable pay, incentives, and salary advances.
- Statutory Filings: Solely responsible for the timely filing of PF, NPS, ESI, Professional Tax, and NAPs. Maintain "Audit-Ready" status at all times.
- Settlements: Oversee Full & Final (F&F) settlements, ensuring they are completed by the 15th of the following month.
Personnel Files & HR Digitization
- Digital Transformation: Lead the transition from physical to paperless records. Implement e-signatures and automated document indexing.
- Personnel File Governance: Maintain 100% complete physical and digital files (NDA, Appointment Letters, Education/Medical records).
- System Optimization: Audit HRMS (Keka or others) workflows to eliminate manual data entry; ensure 100% data mirroring between physical files and the HRIS.
- Data Privacy: Act as the custodian of employee data, ensuring secure access controls for all digital personnel records.
Systems, Data & QMS
- HRIS Ownership: Expert-level management of Keka or other HRMS tools. Ensure 100% data integrity in the master database.
- Quality Management (QMS): Maintain records as per ISO 13485 and QMS standards. Lead technical/behavioral competency assessments as per SOP.
- HR Analytics: Create monthly dashboards on Headcount, Attrition, and HR Costing for the leadership team.
Employee Lifecycle & Experience
- Onboarding: Conduct HRMS training and oversee documentation (Form 11, Insurance). Ensure a "Day 1" readiness score of 100%.
- Benefits & Queries: Manage insurance renewals and all employee benefits. Address 100% of employee queries within 48 hours.
- Exit Management: Manage the "No Dues" process across IT/Admin/Finance and conduct exit interviews.
Governance, Leadership & Automation (10%)
- Policy & Grievance: Update the Employee Handbook and manage disciplinary actions/POSH guidelines in line with new regulatory frameworks.
- Process Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated workflows to improve TAT.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 10+ years in HR Operations, preferably in Medical Devices or Manufacturing.
- Labour Law Expert: Proven ability to lead the transition and implementation of the New Labour Codes across an organization.
- Tech Savvy: Mandatory deep expertise in Keka or other modern HRMS tools and digital document management.
- Audit-Ready: Track record of handling QMS/Statutory audits with zero Non-Compliance (NC).
- Attention to Detail: A "zero-error" mindset regarding payroll and personnel documentation.
