About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development and Strategic Partnership Executive to join our Business Innovation & Growth team. This role is ideal for freshers and early career professionals with business development, strategic partnership and operations background who thrive in consultative, high-stakes B2B environments and can manage complex deal cycles with SMBs and large customers. If you’ve sold SaaS, enterprise tech, or transformation solutions to Indian SMBs or enterprise customers, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive end-to-end partnership, business development and sales cycles - from lead generation to first sales invoice - for Health AI solutions
• Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across Small & Medium Clinics, Large Hospitals and Diagnostic Labs
• Understand customer pain points and work with internal teams (product, engineering, legal) to structure high-impact solutions
• Manage multiple stakeholders, navigate complex procurement processes, and ensure a seamless scaled deployment for customer
• Stay current on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in Digital Health and Health AI verticals.
Required Qualifications:
• SMB/Large Customer partnership/sales, especially AI/ML, analytics, or automation solutions.
• Pre-sales or solutioning roles in tech or ai first companies with exposure to Digital Health or Health AI.
• Prior experience managing high-value deals with complex sales and strategic partnership cycles
• Familiarity with procurement, legal, and compliance processes at large Indian organizations
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Business development roles in startups or scale-ups targeting SMBs and Large Indian customers
